• Advised Sonker Bunkering Company on the development and financing of a bulk liquids and FSRU terminal project at Sokhna Port in Egypt*
• Advised the lenders on the Malta LNG-to-power project*
• Advised TANAP Doğalgaz Iletim A.S on a proposed project financing of the $10-12bn Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project to transport Azeri gas through Turkey to its borders with the EU*
• Advised Neptune Energy and its shareholders Carlyle, CVC on the $3.9bn acquisition of a French multinational utility company's global upstream oil and gas business*
• Advised Arclight Capital Partners on the acquisition of the Sirges and Friggs pipelines to create North Sea Midstream Partners, and subsequent sale of NSMP to Wren House Infrastructure Management*

• Advised OTPP on the acquisition of Societa Italian Gasdotti from a leading Australian financial institution*
• Advised EIB on the financing of the Allerton Waste Recovery Park project in the UK*

• Advised the lenders (EBRD, IFC, BSTDB and commercial lenders) and SACE on the EUR1.1bn project financing of the Ankara Etlik integrated health campus PPP*
• Advised the sponsor (DiA Holding) on the project financing of the Ankara Bilkent integrated health campus PPP*
• Advised the lenders on the bank/bond financing of the Mersey Gateway bridge PPP in the UK*

Telecoms and Satellites

• Advised APG Asset Management on its €605m joint venture with Orange Polska to create the largest independent wholesale fibre operator in Poland*
• Advised a leading French Defense and Space company on a reorganization of the Skynet 5 military satellite project*
• Advised lenders to Yahsat on the project financing of the Middle East’s first hybrid government and commercial satellite system*
