Amanda Baker is a results-driven attorney who represents issuers, borrowers, underwriters and commercial banks in connection with the issuance of asset-backed bond offerings to help them achieve their business goals. She specializes in securing financing for a diverse range of assets, including small business and consumer fintech assets, auto loans, auto leases, trade receivables, residential mortgages, and student loans. Amanda brings her strategic approach and deep understanding of asset-backed financing to help clients navigate the public, 144A, and asset-backed commercial paper conduit markets across the United States, Australia and Canada.
