Phil Brandes represents strategic and financial investors in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity securities offerings, bank financings, joint ventures and restructurings, frequently with a cross-border dimension. He has particular experience advising private equity sponsors across a wide variety of industries.
