  • A confidential FSRU owner in connection with its bid for an FSRU project in Poland, including leading the FSRU SBC workstream for the project.
  • A confidential FSRU owner on the FSRU TCP, FSRU conversion contract and quiet enjoyment agreement for a major LNG import project in Bangladesh.
  • The international lenders on the project financing of the 1.4-GW Mee Lin Gyaing LNG-to-power project in Myanmar. Matthew advised on all the aspects of the project, including the bankability of the PPA and pass-through of LNG supply issues.
