• The Scheme Trustee of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) on the preparation and submission of its TCFD report.
• The trustees of a defined benefits pension scheme with approximately £30m of assets on a project to convert guaranteed minimum pensions.
• The trustees of a defined benefits pension scheme with approximately £150m of assets on a bulk annuity transaction and winding-up of the scheme.*
• The trustees of a defined contribution pension scheme on a bulk transfer to a third party arrangement and winding-up of the scheme.*
• An employer client in the insurance industry on the closure of its defined benefit pension scheme to the future accrual of benefits.*
• An employer client in the publishing industry on automatic enrolment, including a successful appeal of an escalating penalty notice issued by the Pensions Regulator.*
