John B. Corgan advises clients on complex US immigration and global mobility matters. He helps multinational employers and their global talent base navigate an array of government agencies, regulatory requirements, and administrative procedures to achieve a more mobile workforce and stronger compliance. John’s US immigration experience spans a wide range of employment-based categories, including extraordinary ability, specialty occupation, and intracompany transfer petitions, as well as filings for outstanding researchers, National Interest Waivers, and permanent residency. John also assists clients with challenging consular issues, such as securing waivers of inadmissibility and overcoming repeated visa denials. In addition to US immigration, John supports the firm’s global migration team, advising clients on workforce strategies and procedures across all regions of the world.
