French and international companies and major groups turn to Justine Coret for her differentiated, pragmatic and strategic assistance both in advice and litigation, on all aspects of employment law.
She assists both French and foreign clients, including listed and unlisted companies, in a wide range of sectors (media, new technologies, retail, agri-food, luxury, financial advice, real estate, etc.).
A true partner to her clients, Justine handles both individual employment relations (dismissals, individual negotiations, complex pre-litigation strategy) and collective employment relations (all types of social restructurings with a specific expertise in redundancy plans, collective litigation, acquisition audits, collective negotiations), in the frame of a day-to-day assistance as well as complex situations.
For several years, she has also advised fast-growing start-ups in new technologies.
In addition to her native French, Justine is fluent in English.

- Advised ICG, on the employment aspects of the acquisition of all the shares and voting rights of D. Participations, the holding of the Dessange International group, from Eurazeo.*
- Advised ISAI Expansion II and Sagard NewGen, on the employment aspects of the sale of Invoke, a French-based provider of financial, regulatory, and tax reporting solutions for supervisory authorities, to Regnology.*
- Advised the EDF group, on the employment aspects of the acquisition of “Les ECO-Isolateurs group”, a specialist in domestic insulation and energy renovation.*
- Advised a major group in the agro-food industry in the reorganization of its activities in France.*
