Overview
Alexandra Edge represents institutional lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate lending transactions, including the structuring and negotiation of repurchase (warehouse) facilities, loan originations, and loan and note sale transactions. Alex represents lenders through all stages of the commercial real estate lending cycle including pre-purchase asset diligence and the administration of repurchase (warehouse) facilities.
