Overview
Bob Entwisle represents domestic and international companies and other clients in antitrust litigation and investigations. His experience includes matters involving price fixing, bid rigging, market allocation, and monopolization. He also focuses on the financial services sector, where in addition to his antitrust work, he has represented multinational banks in cross-border regulatory investigations and litigation involving claims of fraud, violations of commodities and securities laws, and market manipulation. He has considerable experience representing clients in large scale and complex disputes, class actions, and multi-district litigation. Bob also has significant experience in federal regulatory matters and litigation involving telecommunications carriers.
