Sarah E. Faylor advises clients in the area of capital markets issues. She advises corporates and banks in connection with capital markets transactions, in particular in connection with bond issuances, debt issuance programs, structured products, and Schuldschein loans.

In addition, Sarah assists clients with derivatives, repos and securities lending transactions, and the negotiation of master agreements.
