Senior Associate Teresa Gerhold-Kempf provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law. Her expertise encompasses complex cross-border merger control and foreign investment control proceedings, antitrust investigations before German and European authorities, as well as general compliance matters.

Teresa has a particular focus on ESG-related compliance, where she frequently assists clients in navigating the intersection of antitrust compliance and human rights risk management. This includes advising on ESG collaborations among competitors and helping clients establish robust risk management systems to ensure compliance with human rights regulations in their supply chains, such as the German Supply Chain Act and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
