Overview
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Marine Hamon is counsel in the Employment & Benefits practice group of the Paris office.
She advises French and foreign corporations on all matters related to French Employment and Labor Law. She also represents their interests before French courts.
She assists clients on day-to-day human resources issues along with more specific projects such as collective redundancies, transfer of employees, diversity issues, implementation of employees representative bodies, and amicable dispute resolution.
She also provides advice in the context of the implementation of shareholding plans (FCPE/PEE) in France and abroad.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, she used to work for major American law firms in Paris during several years.
In addition to her native French, Marine is fluent in English.
