Her experience includes IPO’s and secondary fundraisings on the London markets, private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, directors’ duties and liabilities, board and shareholder decision making, creating and managing shares and share capital, company constitutions and many other aspects of corporate, securities and contract law.
