Ellen Hepworth

Ellen Hepworth advises clients on a range of technology, data protection, and intellectual property matters. Her experience includes assisting clients with software development, purchase and licensing agreements, licensing of other intellectual property, outsourcing transactions, GDPR compliance projects, and negotiating data protection provisions in commercial agreements.

Ellen worked in-house at a challenger bank, advising on a variety of data protection matters including data protection provisions in supplier agreements, internal policies and customer requests.
