- Representing a multinational consortium of contractors in ongoing ADCCAC arbitration proceedings in relation to a multi-billion-dollar airport project in the Middle East;
- Acting for a major shipbuilder in SIAC arbitration concerning several contentious issues arising out of the sale and purchase of various LNG vessels;
- Advising a contractor in UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings in relation to a high value contract under Indian law in the oil and gas sector;
- Advising a Saudi Arabian contractor in ongoing ad hoc arbitration proceedings in relation to a multi-billion-dollar hospital project in the Middle East;
