- Acted for a leading global financial institution as joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner, administrative agent, collateral agent and co-syndication agent in connection with a twelve jurisdiction ABL revolving credit facility across Europe.
- Advised a lender in relation to a pan European non-recourse receivables factoring facility involving 18 jurisdictions.
- Acted for a leading global financial institution as Loan Seller, Class A Lender and risk retention holder on a commercial mortgage-backed securitisation involving the issuance of a Class A loan facility, Class B commercial mortgage backed floating rate notes and a subordinated (risk retention) Issuer loan, backed by a portfolio of retail and residential premises.
- Acted for a leading global financial institution as Loan Seller, Class A Lender and risk retention holder on a commercial mortgage-backed securitisation involving the issuance of a Class A loan facility, Class B commercial mortgage backed floating rate notes and a subordinated (risk retention) Issuer loan, backed by a portfolio of UK care homes.
