- A syndicate of more than 40 financial institutions on US$1.7 billion term and revolving facilities to the investment holding arm of an international agricultural business company.
- A bank on a US$20 million term loan facility to facilitate the management stock option purchase exercise in an Indonesian ride-hailing and e-commerce firm.
- A bank on a US$572 million term loan facility to fund the voluntary tender offer to acquire listed shares in the capital of an Indonesian listed company.
- An Indonesian public listed company on a term loan facility for the capital expenditure of its food delivery business.
