Elizabeth McClain

Lizzie McClain advises asset managers and institutional investors on a wide variety of matters including the structuring, marketing, compliance, and ongoing management of domestic and offshore commingled private investment funds, funds of one, joint ventures, club deals, and similar arrangements. In particular, she has significant experience with credit funds and other vehicles structured to engage in lending, financing and securitization transactions. Lizzie regularly collaborates with Banking & Finance team members to assist clients in developing innovative solutions for using third-party capital in such transactions.
