Overview
Jeff is counsel in Mayer Brown's Banking & Finance and Fund Finance practices. He represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, various types of investment funds and corporate borrowers on a wide array of secured and unsecured finance transactions. Jeff has considerable and comprehensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in financing matters involving private equity vehicles, credit funds and other alternative financing institutions. Transaction experience includes working on subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid credit facilities, bi-lateral loans and other acquisition financing structures. He also has represented funds, sponsors, borrowers and banks in syndicated and investment grade credit facilities and note issuances for leveraged, direct lending, restructuring, real estate and ABL financings.
