Overview
Luiz Miranda advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property applications, with a focus on helping clients on complex patent disputes in both district court and the US International Trade Commission (ITC). As a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Luiz also helps clients with inter-partes review disputes at the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board and ex-parte reexamination requests at the USPTO. Luiz utilizes his industry experience as a seasoned software developer and design engineer to help clients prevail in their cases by bringing fresh perspectives and insights during all stages of litigation.
