Overview
Agnieszka Nosowicz advises clients on a broad range of matters related to trade, customs, and market access issues. She has extensive experience in the area of trade remedies (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard investigations) in the European Union and in other countries such as Brazil, Morocco, and those in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
In addition, Agnieszka focuses on compliance-related matters, including EU economic sanctions, and ESG-related trade matters, such as EU CBAM, EU Deforestation Regulation, and EU Forced Labour Regulation.
Agnieszka speaks English and French, in addition to her native Polish.
