Overview
Lindsay O’Neil is a Banking & Finance partner in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. Lindsay concentrates her practice in structured finance and has experience representing issuers, borrowers, underwriters, domestic and international banks and asset-backed commercial paper conduits in a variety of securitization and other structured finance transactions in both the public and private markets.
Lindsay has experience with a wide variety of asset classes, including auto and equipment loans and leases, dealer floorplan receivables, trade receivables and credit card receivables. In addition, Lindsay also routinely advises clients in connection with various regulatory developments and proposals.
Lindsay was named a 2021 Law360 Rising Star in structured finance.
