Maximilien Pallu

Maximilien Pallu helps companies navigate the complex EU environmental and ESG landscape. He has extensive experience of European chemical legislations, including REACH, CLP, Pesticides, Biocides and other related regulations. He is regularly involved in matters related to plastics, recycling, and sustainability. Maximilien also supports companies with regard to their compliance obligations pertaining to biodiversity, including guidance to comply with the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit Sharing, green marketing, and extended producer responsibility. He represents companies, industry groups and trade associations in litigation cases before the European Court of Justice and the Board of Appeal of the European Chemical Agency. He also advises clients on product safety matters, including product recalls, and food contact materials issues.
