Overview

Andrew Spadafora is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Andrew represents national and multinational corporations, and officers and directors of those corporations, in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and in regulatory and internal investigations. His practice focuses on post-acquisition and business disputes, consumer and shareholder class actions, and white collar defense. Andrew also advises clients on transactional matters involving corporate and trust law with a focus on managing litigation risk. He previously practiced in the firm’s Chicago office.

Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and during law school he externed for Judge Joan H. Lefkow of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to law school, Andrew received a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University and conducted research on the recent history of international business at Harvard Business School.
