Overview
Jon Schlotterback helps banks, issuers and borrowers in a variety of asset-backed financing transactions including private securitizations, warehouse facilities and purchase agreements involving HELOC loans, commercial mortgages, trade receivables and auto loans. Jon also assists lenders with revolving credit facilities to business development companies, and he supports industry trade groups with banking and securitization regulations.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Jon served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Black, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia.
