  • A Japanese Forbes Global 2000 mining corporation listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) on its US$1.1 billion sale of its stake in Chilean copper mine to an Australian mining company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
  • A TSE listed multinational conglomerate on its JPY 30.5 billion sale of its radiopharmaceutical business to a TSE listed biopharmaceutical corporation.
  • A Japanese Forbes Global 2000 electric utility corporation listed on the TSE on its acquisition of a stake in the first UK-Germany power link project, a privately financed project with an investment volume of approximately €2.8 billion.
  • A Japan-based private equity sponsor on its sale of a 100% stake in its portfolio chemical company to a Dutch listed chemical company, involving repayment of the leveraged buyout loan.
