Svenja Maria Schenk advises and represents clients in the field of Intellectual Property & Technology.
She is part of the global IP group and an active member of the life science practice group of the firm.
Svenja's work primarily focuses on patent litigation, representing clients in front of both national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). She has experience in coordinating and executing complex cross-border patent litigation and handling related issues arising in such cases, such as trade secret, antitrust (in particular licensing standard essential patents under FRAND-conditions) and contractual issues.
Her experience covers a broad array of technologies, particularly the biotechnology and telecommunications sector.
