Overview
Daniel Scher is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice. Daniel represents issuers and underwriters in connection with complex insurance-linked securities offerings, such as catastrophe bonds and reinsurance side-cars. His clients include insurance and reinsurance companies, state and federal entities and corporate sponsors. He has additional experience in securitizations and other structured finance transactions and has represented clients in asset-backed security offerings involving various assets.
