Simon Shaw

Simon Shaw, senior associate, acts for a wide range of clients operating within the construction industry, including main contractors, consultants and insurers. He has broad experience of contentious litigation across a range of of construction projects, for example those relating to universities, schools, hospitals, custody centres, high-rise and low-rise residential buildings, student accommodation facilities, railways and ports.

In recent years clients have frequently turned to Simon for his extensive experience in dealing with fire safety issues. Simon has prosecuted and defended cladding claims of all shapes and sizes, developing in-depth knowledge of the revised regulatory regime that deals with building safety.
