Overview

Will Sinnott is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Will has extensive trial and arbitration experience, including as a member of the team that secured victory in the first federal jury trial in an ERISA class action alleging breach of fiduciary duty. In addition to litigating ERISA class actions, he has experience litigating a wide range of civil matters, including large, complex commercial disputes, civil antitrust investigations, commercial and consumer arbitrations, and data breach class actions. Will’s practice also includes white collar criminal defense matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, and a variety of pro bono cases ranging from post-conviction appeals and actual innocence investigations to federal civil rights cases.
