Olivier Tordjman

His core practice covers LBO transactions and corporate M&A. He is also involved in debt and equity restructurings.

• Advised IK Partners and the other shareholders of Eres Group, the leading French independent player in profit-sharing solutions and retirement schemes, on the sale of the group to Eurazeo.*
• Advised ICG on the acquisition of all the shares and voting rights of D. Participations, the holding company of the Dessange International group, from Eurazeo.*
• Advised Marbour, the leading producer and distributor of microwavable cooked rice, on the minority acquisition by Cerea Partners, Société Générale Capital Partenaires and BNP Paribas Développement in Marbour.*
