Overview
Nicholas Vera defends clients against antitrust class action claims seeking billions in damages. Through his work, Nick has defended antitrust cases in the education, athletic, insurance, and technology sectors. Nick also represents clients facing contract disputes and other complex commercial litigation matters.
Nick has extensive experience in all stages of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, motions and appellate briefs; managing large-scale fact discovery; taking and defending depositions; and oral advocacy. Nick also devotes significant time to pro bono matters focused primarily on voting rights and immigration law.
