Overview
Benoît Zagdoun assists clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, in a wide range of sectors.
He advises both French and foreign clients, including corporate entities, industrial groups, family offices, and private equity funds, on their sales, acquisitions, reorganizations, as well as on general issues related to business law and contract law. He also has strong experience in complex conflicts and disputes at pre-trial stage involving opposing groups of shareholders or corporate officers.
In addition to French, Benoît is fluent in English and has proficient skills in Spanish.
