Roundtable Discussion - The Future of the European FDI Screening Regulation

Please join us for in-person insightful and lively discussions on the future of Europe’s Foreign Direct Investment Screening Regulation (“FDI Screening Regulation”). A cocktail reception will immediately follow the roundtable.

For background, the European Commission is set to present on 24 January its proposal for a reform of the FDI Screening Regulation. Our panelists will engage in an informational conversation allowing the attendees to:

• gain valuable insights directly from the European Commission into its planned changes, and
• gather a deeper understanding on the latest trends in FDI regimes across the European Union, their impact on the EU business landscape and the growing importance of outbound FDI screening.
