Nathalie Jalabert-Doury will speak at the Dawn Raids in Practice - Advanced Competition Law Training seminar in Valletta organised by the Academy of European Law ERA and the MCCAA - Malta Competition & Consumer Affairs Authority.
This seminar is part of ERA’s series of advanced training courses on EU competition law. It is aimed at providing a thorough and detailed overview of the conduct of dawn raids by the European Commission and national competition authorities in the light of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and the case law of the CJEU and of the ECtHR.
The sessions will focus on the main issues that could arise at different stages of the inspection and enhance participants’ knowledge through practical exercises.
