EUDR Postponement and latest Compliance Guidelines

On 2 October 2024, the European Commission proposed to postpone the application of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and issued updated guidelines and FAQs (read our legal update). During the webinar, Nikolay Mizulin and Irina Antoshevska discussed the ongoing legislative procedure and its impact on the implementation of EUDR due diligence. They also focussed on the key aspects of the newest Commission's guidelines and their practical implications.
