Mayer Brown advises Sykes Holiday Cottages on acquisition of Forest Holidays

London — Mayer Brown has advised Sykes Holiday Cottages ("Sykes"), a cottage rental agency backed by private equity firm Vitruvian Partners, on its acquisition of Forest Holidays, the UK's leading owner and operator of environmentally sensitive cabins.

The acquisition supports Sykes' ambition to be a leading UK-focused holiday group with a diverse range of rental accommodation.
