Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Emnify on the acquisition of Cinco Telecom

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Emnify on the acquisition of Cinco Telecom, a subsidiary of the J. Safra Group. Emnify, a prominent German telecommunications company and global provider of IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity, is now an authorized MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in Brazil and is well-positioned to expand its commercial and operational presence in the country.

Emnify's goal is to help technology companies incorporate M2M/IoT connectivity into any device, managing it seamlessly through a cloud-based solution, accessible from anywhere and on a large scale.

The team was led by partners Christian Roschmann and Lilian Toscani, and included associates Stefano Braga and André Pini, all from the Corporate and M&A practice.
