Tauil & Chequer Advogados and Mayer Brown LLP advises the placement agents on the R$ 2.2 billion ISA CTEEP follow-on

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, in Brazil, and Mayer Brown LLP, in the United States, acted as counsels to Citi, Itaú BBA, Safra and XP banks, as the placement agents, in the context of the secondary follow-on offering of shares issued by Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (ISA CTEEP) held by Eletrobras, totaling approximately R$ 2.2 billion.
