Mayer Brown advises Altice on sale of Teads to Outbrain to form top open internet advertising platform
Mayer Brown advised broadband company Altice on the tax and structuring aspects in the sale of its video advertising platform Teads SA, to US ad company Outbrain Inc. in an approximately $1 billion transaction. The union will unite two of the most recognizable names in the ad tech sector.
Merging with Outbrain marks a transformative milestone in Teads’ journey, as the combined organization will create an unparalleled advertising platform and provide industry-leading benefits, including:

- Powerful suite of data capabilities, gathered from contextual, publisher environment, and advertiser performance signals.
