Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Equipav on the debenture issuance totalling BRL 1.2 billion

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as legal counsel to Equipav Saneamento S.A., as issuer, in connection with the public offering of debentures issued by Equipav, totaling BRL 1.2 billion.

The net proceeds obtained by the Issuer will be used for contributions to Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A., as well as to augment its working capital and/or for general corporate purposes of the Issuer.

The transaction was led by partner Luís Otero Montes, with the participation of associates Julia Zarth and Marcella Castellano, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
