Tauil & Chequer Advogados was deal counsel for Virgo in the issuance of BRL 80 million in CRAs

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel for the 246th issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs) by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Buddemeyer S/A, in the amount of BRL 80 million.

The CRAs were placed through a public offering, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160, under the coordination of Banco Itaú BBA.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included the participation of associate Artur Rudá Gomes Fonseca Nascimento and legal assistant Giulia Palaria, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
