London – A multi-jurisdictional Mayer Brown team has advised global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) on its majority growth investment in Napier Technologies Limited (“Napier AI”), a London-based compliance technology firm supplying anti-money laundering software to a global customer base.
