François-Régis Gonon

• A French group in the cleaning industry for the implementation of its securitization program for trade receivables in France arranged by two French credit institutions.
• Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays (acting as arrangers) and ten financial institutions (acting as senior investors) in connection with the structuring and closing of a €1.4 billion pan-European (France, UK and Spain) securitization transaction relating to vehicle leases generated by a professional vehicle leasing group.
• Factofrance and Targo Bank GmbH in connection with the structuring and restructuring of pan-European or French, off-balance sheet or non-recourse receivables financing facilities for industrial groups.
• An American credit institution on the arrangement and implementation of an asset-based lending financing on the operating assets of a group specialized in the sale of second-hand vehicles.
• Various French or international financial institutions in connection with the structuring of several pan-European or French supply chain finance programs with various global industrial and commercial groups.
• An American industrial group in the setting-up and restructuring of a pan-European trade receivables securitization program with a capital amount of €500 million.
