Kathryn Jones, senior associate, advises UK and international clients on the tax aspects of a wide range of transactions, including private equity transactions, real estate transactions, banking and finance matters, fund and investment structuring, and reorganisations. She has extensive experience advising clients on the tax and structuring aspects of real estate investment, financing, development and leasing.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Kathryn worked for another prominent international firm.
