His practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including senior and mezzanine loan originations, loan acquisitions and sales, secondary market transactions, and bridge and construction financing. He also represents servicers in loan workouts, restructurings and modifications.

His clients include Waterfall Asset Management, Ready Capital, American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company, and PPM America.
