• Advised PSEG Power LLC, an energy supply company, on the acquisition of certain investment tax credits (ITCs) related to hydropower plants and energy storage and microgrid facilities. This transaction represents PSEG’s first tax credit acquisition under the processes established pursuant to the Inflation Reduction Act.
• Represented Apollo Management Holdings, L.P., as purchaser, in an investment tax credit transfer transaction for a landfill renewable natural gas facility in Northville, Michigan, owned by a subsidiary of OPAL Fuels Inc. and GFL Environmental Inc.
• Represented a private equity firm as purchaser in an approximately $112 million investment tax credit transfer transaction for two utility-scale solar and storage projects in Kern and Los Angeles Counties, California.
