A Comparative Rule Analysis of AAA and ICDR Rules & Related Process Developments

Charles E. Harris, II, a partner and member of Mayer Brown’s International Arbitration group, will be a featured speaker on a session at the 2023 AAA/ICDR/AAA Mediation.org Panel Conference. The invite-only event takes place March 24-25, 2023 in Rancho Mirage, CA.
The conference will feature sessions and plenaries of varied lengths covering everything from law updates to review and analyses of matters and rules to new tools and helpful arbitration and mediation tactics.
