Pensions Trustee Building Blocks Class

Our Building Blocks Classes aim to give trustees a better understanding of some of the key areas of pensions and trust law. Each class considers a specific issue or area which trustees are likely to encounter in their role.

On 13 November 2024, we will be holding a Building Blocks Class on DB funding. The class will cover topics including:

• The statutory scheme funding regime.
• The new funding and investment strategy requirements.
• The roles of the trustees, the employer and the Pensions Regulator in relation to funding.
