Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on Ecorodovias' 11th debentures issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Ecorodovias Concessões e Serviços S.A (Issuer) on its 11th issuance of debentures, totaling BRL 1.05 billion (US$200 million), under the terms of CVM Ruling No. 476. The Issuer is part of the Ecorodovias Group, which has several projects in major highway concessions in Brazil. Proceeds from the deal will be used exclusively to fund the Issuer's subsidiaries, debt refinancing and cash reinforcement.

The team was led by partner Luis Montes and Carlos Motta and included associates Thatiana Siqueira and Camila Spinola, from the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets & Securitization practices.
